Default Pain in the seat

I have a 2015 Roadglide Special. Love the bike but my butt doesn't. I tried a demo Hammock seat today. Improved but I am still not sure. Any recommendations?

So, you want my butt to tell your butt which seat is going to make it feel better? That's a tall order my man. Good luck with your search.

I've always liked the Sundowner seat, but it really a personal choice.

Pain in the *** can also be caused by lack of circulation, muscle tone, physical condition, weight.

That’s why you see so many seats for sale. Hard to find one that fits an individual perfectly. It’s a big trial and error thing. And expensive to boot. I’ll say this. The best aftermarket seat that I ever had was a Hartco on my old Venture.

Do some research on Russell Day-Long seats (custom made to fit you) here and elsewhere on the net. RDLs are said to be truly day long seats - day after day. You'll be hard pressed to find a negative word said about them. Virtually all comments/reviews highly praise them. Many have gone through Ultimate, Mustang, Saddlemen, etc. etc. and end up with a Russell (wishing they had just started there in the first place and saved themselves the expense.)

Of course, as mentioned, seats are a very personal and individual thing. So, I won't tell you to get the Lepera Monterey with the biker gel inserts; however, I fits me just fine. I can sit in that seat all day. Many will say that the Lepera is a hard seat. I like the firmness. It doesn't wallow around with my hard riding style. I stay planted right where I belong and the Montery offers good lower back support. Lepera will send you an uncovered demo seat to try out. Shipping is on you though.

Polyester underwear and sheepskin cover will let you ride all day.

I'm on my 4th different seat and I think my 5th will be a charm.
