Where do you carry your phone/wallet when riding?

I had a conversation with a Michigan state trooper who is on another board. He said it is common for LEOs to search saddlebags if they can't find ID on the person. So with that in mind, I had these business-size cards made up:
I keep it in my wallet behind my driver's license, so if someone pulls the driver's license out, they will see it. I also keep one in my pocket in case my wallet or phone is actually in my saddlebag.
I had to have 50 of them made as a minimum quantity. They're on business card stock. If anyone wants one or two, $2 would cover my costs. PM me and I'll send you my Pay Pal address.

I don't change a thing from normal routine
Prefer on body carry be it car, bike, foot or rickshaw , work or play with few exceptions (like boating, wading/float tube fishing, etc)
wallet left rear pocket
pen sized flashlight right rear
Phone left side Otter box belt clip
Pistol right side belt holster
Keys, lighter, change and a few crinkled bill$ in left front pocket
Extra lighter in right front with clipped on pocket knife
if wearing a jacket, smokes and lighter in there ,
if I get in a crash (car or bike) and not able to communicate, I'm in deep doo-doo anyway .
I reckon they'll scrape the wallet out of my back pocket regardless ...unless my lower half is separated from the upper
In which case, it won't much madder how soon they notify the next of kin....
naw'mean?

iPhone: On left side in a specially designed pocket for iPhones.
Wallet: I nvr carry a wallet. (Velcored)
1. $$ is folded in half and put in my pocket.
2. ID goes into a side pocket of my BDU. Velcored
If I am going around the USA/Canada, I wear dog tags wtih EMERG info on them.
If u would like me to post the exact model and upload a PIX of the pants, just let me know.
If I am in an accident (G-d forbid) then nothing will go flying out.
I have a lot of pockets and they all have important stuff in it. Even 1 section made for hand sanitize so when I stop at restaurants, I can have clean hands. (I lived on my bike for YEARS and ride literally 365 days a week.)

Phone goes in my inside jacket pocket where it survived my accident without a scratch and where I had it to call my family.
If it had been in the saddlebags it would have been snatched up along with the bike by the tow truck and taken to the impound lot while I was being taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Phone is in my right front pocket, wallet in the left front pocket. the didn't come out when I crashed last year.
I think you have more chance of a saddle bag coming apart and losing it's contents in a crash then a front pocket on a pair of jeans doing the same.
Although lately I've been using the phone as a GPS and have it in a clamp on the handlebars.
