At a brisk 25 degrees this morning I bundled up and took the bike to work today. The forecast calls for 60 later on so I wanted to get some riding in today but I sure did get some looks this morning coming in. Just thought I would see if anyone else had a similar experience where they are at...

although not as cold as you, just the other morning, rode to work, leaving the house the temp showed 34 degrees - frost on the roofs and some on the road. And during the day it got up to 69. Unfortunately, I didn't bundle up completely because my really cold weather gear makes me look like the pillsbury dough boy. BUT, I did decide that just wearing chaps over my jeans was probably not enough for that morning ride. the not-covered by leather got really cold. Also, the thermal liiners in my cold weather HD gloves didn't work all that great either.

Leaving in 15 minutes: 47 degrees and will get up to the high 60's by mid-day where we are going and low 70's in the low elevations on the way.
