Does anyone find it odd...
...that so many people have issues with the FP3 causing their bike not to start, and the grief associated, and people keep buying their junk? How are they even able to still sell these things? And why don't they fix the problem? Maybe that's just my twilight zone experience.... we'll see, bit I doubt they will stand behind their product this time. I doubt it...

I used to love V&H products, but the FP3 experience along with the lack of customer service I've experienced has turned me away from them for life

I use the FP3 on my 17 Street bob and it has worked flawlessly so far. The one time I had to contact customer service I had no issues...
Thats just my own experience though..

I’ve have had one on my ‘14 Ultra Limited since 2015. I’ve changed tunes a few times, ran several autotunes, calibrated the speedometer, eliminated deceleration popping and adjusted throttle progressivity. It’s been relatively flawless, so I’ve never had to contact V&H support.
Those that have had to contact V&H support have often reported back nothing but good results. Have there been issues? Yes, but they seem to get resolved.
One drawback is if you plan on having your bike dyno’d because very few, if any, tuners can dyno tune with the FP3. If I was looking for a tuner today, I would get a Power Vision from Fuel Moto.
