I've had a few people state that I really trusted my kickstand! WTF! Are these things that prone to failure? Has anyone experienced their kickstand failing causing their bike to fall over?
You would think after all this time they would put out a more reliable version.
Far as Ive heard, its one of the best out there. Once you get used to the bike wiggling a bit on it. It might wiggle, but it wont retract if you deployed it correctly.
I trust mine, but it drives me crazy how it rolls forward every stinkin' time I use it. Man I hate that. It's never failed, but pretty much every time I use it my stomach does a little flip when it does that forward roll. Never had that on a bike before.
Same here! At first the thing freaked me out, now I get a kick out of the reactions from some people when they think my bike is falling. As long as its in the slot, its pretty darn solid.
