Default problem with dealership

Does anyone know an email address where I can contact the 'Mother Ship'? I have a problem that would be easier to explain in an email then to someone on the phone.

It they understood the problem, from reading about it, they would better know what to ask me. Or they could contact someone that is better capable of understanding the
issue then I'm guessing a person answering the phone would understand?

I think you could just google it and find the number. I had a problem with a bike i bought at a dealer a couple of months ago . I went straight to the owner and he personally took care of it .You might try that first .

Thanks. I found a phone number on Harley Davidson. com. When I clicked on the phone number it gave me the option of contacting them, it seemed via email, but it didn't work.
So I thought someone might have an actual email address? I really wanted to alert them of a dishonest dealership.

I know there used to be district managers. I assume they still have them. Call Harley direct and ask for the number of the local district manager. Good luck with finding an email address. I have read many times of people searching for an email for HD with no luck,

Email is not the best form of communication. A phone call will probably work out better.

I expect to need to speak with someone, but I just thought it would be better to lay the groundwork for the technical issues with someone other then a person that answers the phone and logs comments.

I'm under the belief that the customer service department is staffed by Prius drivers and most don't even ride a motorcycle let alone a Harley Davidson. So with that, good luck.
