Default Back seat duffel bag

Hello y’all, hope all is well.
I ride 2019 heritage 114 equipped with trunk. I’m going on a 15 day trip and I’m looking for a duffel bag to be mounted on my back seat. I want a low profile bag do to my hip. It’s not what it use to be. LOL Has anyone bought a duffel bag and do you like what you purchased?
Thanks for your time.

Well I used an old Army duffle bag years ago. Now I have a couple of dry sacks that I sometimes use. I also have a t-bag type set up that works great. I have a passenger back rest with arms on it, something like on a tour pack. The arms hold the bag pretty safely in the passenger seat, I use some bungie cords to ensure it's held in place. Go on line and look at JP Cycle, Revzilla, Dennis Kirk or one of those an you can get some ideas. I try to get something that is waterproof just in case we get caught in rain.

I have had this roll bag from Saddlemen for a couple years and am happy with it. It is my most used bag and has held up well.

I use to just use a regular backpack, sitting on the backseat and bungeed to the backrest, it made a perfect backrest for me, very comfortable to lean against it.

I have a Cabela Boundary Waters Duffel Bag. It's a dry bag and a great product. The regular size (24"L x 12"W x 12"H) has plenty of room. I have the older version that they offered in the pearl green color.

If you want something a bit smaller, take a look at the Nelson Rigg dry duffle bag.

Use Rok Straps to attach the bag to the bike.

My son uses that exact same bag. I bought it for him for Christmas before he started riding. He would throw it in the bed of his pickup when going on trips. Always stayed dry.

Side note, my grandfather was director of the Superior National Forrest and wrote the original proposal for the Boundary Waters Roadless Area.

Another vote for Saddlemen , large selection, rugged construction at a reasonable price
