Looking at a Harley wlc 45 are there many issues with these like starting maintenance ect? The bike is a striped down bobber similar to the Aaron kuafman project on fast and loud and owner has also ripped out the battery,lights and charging which lightens it but makes it less practical.

They are simple machines, member here " Architect " has a bobber type example

Best improvement would be fitting a 4 speed gearbox like a a Rudge from some ancient English bike
( The gap between 2 & 3rd just kills them on hills )

"JW Boon" in the Netherlands should have most parts you might need

I needed some reassurance that this bike could be "difficult" but does look nice ......

With that set-up, it will never be a one-kicker, and top speed might be 60 mph.
