You may be able to keep a MM EFI in tine but if a part goes out the chances of finding a NOS a slim to none.
If the bike has a carb it deserves a closer look. The primary leak could just be a leaking primary drain plug o ring issue. All twin cams have valve noise to some degree. For that price it deserves a closer inspection to determine its real condition. If it passes your non H-D mechanical inspection take it to a reputable Indy for further inspection. That $100 for the inspection may be the best money you'll spend either to get a bargain or save you from a money pit.

In the first picture, it looks like there is an leak directly under the derby cover, may want to check on that. Although the MM fuel injection can be a concern, I ride a 2000 with MM and 72k miles and a 1999 with MM and 86k miles.
