Default What to do with OEM parts

Now when I bought my 05 Sporty, already modified, I was given all the OEM parts like air cleaner, tag holder, complete exhaust system and now since the purchase of a sundowner seat... the factory solo seat.

My question is... Will my bike be worth more upon resale with factory items included or am I just taking up space in the garage with spare brand new never used OEM parts ?

I've replaced a fair number of parts on my Night train, and with the exception of the handlebars, i've kept all my original parts. You just never know what might come up int the future.

Cheers!

Try and keep your part's if you have space available. Like Clammy said, you never know what the future holds

It doesn't cost anything to keep them, and as everyone else has said... You might want to have them later.

If they have been sitting around long enough, I sell them on eBay. I keep some stuff like the take off parts from the 95" upgrade, but exhaust, seats, pegs, etc.........straight to eBay!

If nothing else keep the exhaust. If you get a ticket for excessive noise, it will take about 20 minutes to put the stock back on for the inspection. It will cost a bunch if you don't have them anymore. I have an anniversery wide glide, I kept everything.
