Yep, so far my DunlOp AEs have been great.
Contrary to negative reports in this thread, if you pay attention to them, and run them at the proper pressure, they should give great life. When we go across country, they get put to the test. Max weight, high temps, high speeds, and some questionable roads.
So far, we love them. I have been looking at Metzlers lately, just to see if they will do as well as the AE

I just put on a Metzeler set of tires replacing a Bridgestone set.
The bridgestone set was pretty good but the front wore down from my twisty/canyon chasing in 7200miles. Rear tire was absolutely done at 9000miles.
Front; Battlax A41 Adventure 150/70 R18 reverse mounted(rear tire on the front)
Rear: Battlecruise H50 240/40 R18
The Metzeler tire setup I'm running now
Front: Tournace NEXT2 150/70ZR18 Reverse Mounted
Rear: Cruisetec 260/40 R18
The bike definitely feels more nimble with this tire setup. It's also a taller ride height.
Will report back at maybe 5000miles to give some insight into how these tires handle and wear.
