Many people have. Tons of threads on this subject. Call Rinehart. They are under warranty. I believe you need your original receipt though.

I have had mine on for 6 weeks/3600 miles now and no signs of discoloration. Yet

My Rinehart Tru-Duals on a '05 Road King Classic have been on since new and 17,400 miles. The tips show the faintest tinge of purple. But, against my red bike color, it looks good. I will let them do what ever they want to do. My Rinehart 2 into 1 on my '05 XL Roadster with about 4,000 miles has not tinted in the least. .................. BC

Mine are doing the same as Big Cholla's. Have had 'em on for 2 years and they are just slightly purple tinted. I don't think most people would notice it.

Mine started turning copper colored after only 1K, front faster than back one. But it doesn't bother me.

I have the TDs on my RK with chrome tips. No problem I little carbon, but that is it. Nothing a little polish doesn't take care of.

My 07 SG has 2K on it since I installed my RHTD`s
No color change yet, but I do have a DTT installed.
IMHO..The color change is due to heat. Engine tuning is critical. Improperly (lean)tuned engines will produce high heat and cause the tips to change colors.

I've had the TD's on my RKC since 06, put on new right from the get go. I have 13 + K on the bike now and only have a light change towards purple. Nothing I'm worried about.
