Went on a American Cancer Society charity ride today in CT there must have been at leasst 500 bikes it was kinda cool we had 10 of us that rode together in our group. The best part was if anyone knows how bad the traffic is on the Merrit parkway in SW CT. they will apreciate this. They closed the parkway to car traffic from the exit we got on in Westport till we got off in Stratford. We got on the parkway and there were nothing but bikes and cops stopping cars from getting on at every entry ramp, you would have to know the area to truly apreciate it. They said the ride raised over 80g, and it was a fun day with friends.
