Go road king , if you like to riding long haul it's the bike.. The road kingalways commands attention at any, dinner or any pit stop you choose. it's just a comfiy ride

Did you save your original parts for the Fatboy. If so, put them back on and sell them on eBay. Definatly get more $$ back on the chrome that way than selling them with you bike.
I would also go with the Road King in a second!

If you keep the fatboy, you're saving your wallet.. I also didn't much care for bags, but you gotta haul your junk, so they're a necessary evil... I ride now a LOT more as I can run soooo many errands with the bags.. well-water filters, new lawn sprinkler, etc etc... gallon of milk, bread, and have done eggs before.

IMO you just cant beat the ride and usefulness of a bagger. I came from a fatboy, I couldnt get myself to put bags on the fatboy. I was going to keep both but I just couldnt justify it.
