Go road king , if you like to riding long haul it's the bike.. The road kingalways commands attention at any, dinner or any pit stop you choose. it's just a comfiy ride

Did you save your original parts for the Fatboy. If so, put them back on and sell them on eBay. Definatly get more $$ back on the chrome that way than selling them with you bike.

I would also go with the Road King in a second!

Keep both if you can.

No leather... Even like these?

If you keep the fatboy, you're saving your wallet.. I also didn't much care for bags, but you gotta haul your junk, so they're a necessary evil... I ride now a LOT more as I can run soooo many errands with the bags.. well-water filters, new lawn sprinkler, etc etc... gallon of milk, bread, and have done eggs before.

Typical dilema, from my experience...I went with RK custom...Id go with the Street Glide.

IMO you just cant beat the ride and usefulness of a bagger. I came from a fatboy, I couldnt get myself to put bags on the fatboy. I was going to keep both but I just couldnt justify it.

Go with the RKC. Fatboys and saddlebags go together IMHO poorly....

I PM'd Babs about the bags. They are Iron Bags Max bags. They are really nice and I would love to have a set of them on my FB.
