Default Decode 2006 VIN's?????

Hey all. Well, my Fatboy order got changed (Color not available until after June '06---Can't wait that long!!!!!). I now am ordering a Deluxe. I have been given the Pre-build VIN and would like to "Decode" it. I have found lots of info all the way up to 2005, but it seems H-D changed the model and engine identifiers in their VIN sequence. I mainly just want to know (For my peace of mind) that what is ordered is what I really ordered.

Thanks for the Help,
Bob

Sure thing!

I still keep my manual on the coffee table. When i get bored, i pick it up or the parts catalogue.

I'm sure you will enjoy! I love mine.

OK, love isn't strong enough. I go stare at it for hours when I'm not riding it.

Dig camera took a bit of a bath. I need to fix it now that its dry.
I'll try to get some this weekend. I do have the HD wallpaper on my laptop though, so I can watch it all day from work

Indeed-- Such awesome eye candy!

Funny thing is, when I was initially ordering the Fatboy I was going to slam it, put a 250 on, change the bars and add passing lights. With the Deluxe, well, I don't see much in style that I want to change save for pipes (of course) and more chrome!!

Wow, great looking ride!!!

I hooded all the lights, really makes it look Retro....I also like the fact that you can add the windshield, better seat for the wife and sissy bar in minutes.

It's at the HD dealer now, new V&H Longshots, chroming the switches, new beach bars, etc....will look different in the spring.

Thanks for the kind words.

Long shots are the way I want to go also, What about the Power Commander III (or other brand) and Air Filter; did you/are you going to add these?

Can't wait until April!!! Meanwhile, I will look at yours and think of the roads ahead!
