Just curious to see what the most popular HD magazine is for HDF members. AIM, Hot Bike, American Cycle, American Bagger, Barnett's, Hot Bagger, etc.

We are starting our advertising campaign and wanted some feedback from real HD riders to see which magazine is the most popular among HD owners. Any input would help! Thanks

The only magazines I read are the ones at the Doctors offices. IMHO they are a poor place to spend avertizing dollars since readership is down so low. I can get newer and better info off the net.

Mostly I just read the HOG magazines...

 

Heck, you have never seen my collection. Sure the net is great, but without a laptop, you will not be looking for anything while you are in your "library".

To answer your question, I read just about everyone that deals with american v twins. I have subscriptions to AIM, Hot bike Baggers, American Bagger, and Easyriders. Plus, I buy any of the others I see when somethig strikes me as to something I am doing, or plan on doing. Plus, I buy used lots of them off ebay. I really love learning as much as I can. And, I go to a lot of sites that are advertised in the magazines. Plus, you might think about putting a listing on craigs list. I check there, and have found some shops that way, as well. I do not know if that is allowed, but I have seen them on there, and it is free. Good luck with the business. I look forward to checking it out.

although i think nowadays..barnetts has some of the best photography ive seen in a bike rag

 

i do most v-twim mags. i remember hot bike before they did alot on v-twins. easy rider from the begenning. ameican iron,v-twin, and alot of them that no longer around.heck i use to have 30 years of easyrider just laying around.
