Default Gas Milage

Hey guys, new to Harleys and own a 2003 Low rider with 300miles. It sat for 4 years. It used to cough unitl i installed the HD kit, jets, meter rod, idle screw. And performs well. It does not cough now but gas milage is only 20. I can't believe thats right. It also stalls coasting to a stop after a cruise. i have some thoughts but welocme experienced opions. I use 89-91 octane

Thnak you!

Something's not right here. You should be getting around 40 mpg.

Does the bike have a high flow filter and pipes?
May be too rich causing flooding and stall.

Option: Remove needle and replace original however, use two needle shims. You will have to readjust mixture.

Yikes ya something's dreadfully wrong, even 30 mpg is BAD for a H-D so 20 is disastrously bad...
