Sears has a 3/8 drive inch lb. and a 1/2 drive ft. lb that just about overlap each other. Ff you get the two of them you will have all you need. I don't know if they make a 3/8 that goes high enough to do some of the work you will need to do on your bike. rear axle for one thing.

I ordered an inch pound and a foot pound torque wrench from Harbor Freight. They were very inexpensive. Members on this forum recommended them, said they were accurate and held up well. That was good enough for me.
