Those are stock Harley saddlebags found on the Red Trimmed Heritage Springers in 97, 98

You can usually find a set of those bags for sale on Ebay. But they ain't cheap.

Last set went for $700, which is cheap..Xmas always is a good time to buy.Fewer people are buying for themselves...Several sets before that went for $1100, and $1200...Red trimmed is the toughest to come by. No longer available from HD

That is easy. Those are the Big N Uglies. That particular color is God Aweful pinstriped in Pumpkin Puke.
