I would like to mention Ocean HD, in NJ. Over the years I have found them to be honest in the parts and in the service dept. A lot of folks complain about dealer prices but at least the job is done right the first time! Great folks to deal with.

 

Columbia Harley-Davidson in Columbia, TN.

I just purchased a 2018 Heritage Classic there and was treated fairly on the deal with NO high pressure tactics or other nonsense that I've read about here with respect to other dealers. These guys were straight-up on the deal and made the demo ride happen in just minutes from the offer to try the bike. No problem talking to the tech's about service or when asking questions about the new Softail changes. After the deal was done, I found the bike was clean, properly PDI'd and had a full tank of fuel. Oh yeah....almost forgot, I almost forgot about the "free" Harley branded (Made In The USA) T-shirt. I couldn't ask to be treated better.

Shout out to Atlantic County HD in NJ. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Ben (owner) offered to deliver my bike personally since it was raining out and I obviously did not want to dirty my new ride after they detailed it! He is a down to earth all round great guy. Zack, Dean, Mick, and Jaybird made the buying experience painless. Great shop and even has a mini museum inside. This dealer is very honest and never tried to over charge me just because I was buying an anniversary addition model. 5 stars all around.

So I wanted to post another review. I had shopped around various dealers trying to decide if I wanted to get a new Harley or not. I went into Steel Horse Harley Davidson in Midlothian, VA and those folks were awesome. Gave me a great deal on on a 2018 Slim I wanted, gave me great deal on my trade and made the entire process fantastic. I left the bike there to get some parts ordered and installed and one of the guys at the dealership gave me a ride home. Great people, great experience.
