Tucson Harley-Davidson was a GREAT experience for me. I actually got TWO bikes from there... in the span of about a week and a half!

My salesman Donnie was very friendly and helpful and MOST importantly down to earth. Spoke to and treated me like I was a working man and a human being and I really appreciated that. Never put any pressure on me to go with a bigger bike off the bat (it was actually ME who bothered him after the first deal to get myself on a Fat Boy)! All through the financing negotiations on my first one (Sportster) and through all the paperwork on the trade in, he was there with me. I also have to give a VERY big and equally important THANK YOU to Shayne who has a magic touch for finance negotiations and gave this poor workin man a trade in value (gave me basically the full value of my Sporty minus the tax, doc, prep and taxes that I financed on it) that most people possibly only dream of! I also have to thank Chris in the finance and doc processing for being as patient as anyone could ask him given the amount of paperwork that he had to go through with me on my first bike, the trade in and the finalization of my Fatty.

Being a mechanic myself, Ill be doing all my own maintenance but If something happens (knock on a crapload of wood) I have a 3 year warrenty agreement which I wont hesitate to use.

I'd just like to say that Montana Harley-Davidson Kalispell, MT went out of their way to help me with my old "parts soup" Hog. I highly recomend them. I can't tell you how great they were ordering me a custom made Barnett clutch cable, got it in a flash, I was in a pinch.

A new shop, less then 2 years old, but they got their stuff together.

Great workshop area, lots of parts on hand and good people to deal with. Also lots of new and used bikes for sale.
