I have a question. Why does it seem that a lot of HD riders won't wave ? I ride a lot on my Honda. I wave at most everyone. I get waves back from sport bike riders, other cruisers, even BMW's. A lot of HD's I wave to ignore me. I used to go along with the HD bashers and think the HD riders are snobs. Or maybe they're afraid to take a hand off the bars for fear of losing it. I dunno. I'd like to hear from you folks here about why so many HD riders don't wave.

BTW, I'm not bashing HD's. I plan on getting an Ultra Classic sometime in the next few years.

We don't have hands. All Harley rides only have claws and it embarrasses us to show others our hideous claws. Please try to be more understanding.

I wave at anyone I see in time to wave. If I don't see them because .....oh I don't know..... maybe I'm watchin' Betty talk on the phone and put on eyeliner while changing lanes then I don't care who you are I ain't waving. If we're alone on a 2 lane and we pass, I don't care if you're on you're moped....as long as it's got a motor (I draw the line at bicycles) you'll get a friendly gesture from me!
