Experienced rider course
I completed the ERC today! I have been riding for many years and I have to say the course was informative and well done. I highly recommend it for anyone. I learned where some of my weaknesses are and I plan to work on them.

Good for you. I'd like to take the course with the wife after she gets some miles under her belt(think they recommend at least 3000). Did you see anybike dropping during the course?

For me, slow u-turns were still a bit of a problem. I could do them but they didn't feel comfortable.
Only one rider hit the asphalt. We were doing weaves and she just let her BMW get out from under her. No biggie. No Damage. No injury.

Just curious. You said you've been riding a long time and still had trouble with slow speed U-Turns. How long have you been riding?

Congrats on the training. I know a lot of middle-aged riders who've ridden a long time who could sure use it. I still like to learn any chance I get.

I took the course on 5/4/08. I've been riding over 15 years and I still learned some things. It's a good refresher and a good confidence builder. One thing I was reminded of is: you will go where you are looking on slow turns etc. If you look at the curb--you will hit the curb. It was good practice and worth the money.
