Default HJC Symax II owners

Anyone have a symax II with integrated flip&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;down sun shield.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\ \; Recently got one and abit troubled by the top front vent cover which seems to be loose fitting and rattles badly when closed.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; It's fine when opened.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
Wondering if others have same issue.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;

Recently got one of these but haven't rode with it yet - it's for the winter months.

I had an HD-branded HJC modular/flip-up, though it didn't have the venting of a Symax. The vents did rattle, though, open or closed. It was a POS. My wife dropped hers in the driveway and the whole face shield popped of the hinges. Couldn't bear to think of high-siding on the slab. We switched to full-face after that. I thought I would miss the flip-up. Nope.

I'm trying to find out if the loose fitting vent cover is normal.&nbsp\\; If it is,&nbsp\\; then I'll probably be returning it for a different helmet.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Don't want cold air blowing into the helmet in the winter and the vent cover rattles too much when closed.&nbsp\\;

It's going back.&nbsp\\; My cost to ship back $18.&nbsp\\; My cost for two day shipping for the new one which I need asap, $20.00.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;Lesson learned:&nbsp\\; sometimes buying things online sucks.&nbsp\\;
