Default Clearview Recurve

Just recieved my Clearview +1, grey tint and vent for an 08 Road Glide.
&nbsp\\;
Works&nbsp\\;better than stock&nbsp\\;but cannot tell the Vent does anything.
&nbsp\\;
Also can not see the recurve in it.
&nbsp\\;
Set a ruler on the shield and the gap is so small it is not even measurable and you cannot see it at all without the ruler.
&nbsp\\;
Also recieved the shield in about 3 weeks.&nbsp\\; When I got the shipping email I emailed John and asked why so soon when it should have been 6-8 weeks?&nbsp\\; He said one must have got cancelled.
&nbsp\\;
John had always been very responsive when emailing with questions before the purchase&nbsp\\;(less than 25hrs), sent an email early yesterday with the above issues and no word back?
&nbsp\\;
Anyone else have any issues.
&nbsp\\;
I will give john until early next week to email or I will call.
&nbsp\\;
Thanks
&nbsp\\;

I was surprised when I got my medium that the recurve was so slight. I am still very happy with the shield.

I put the XL shield on with the vent and the vent does make a difference.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; open the vent door so it is level open it all the way and the air head towards the&nbsp\\;gas tank instead of you chest&nbsp\\;

I was also surprised at how little recurve on my 8".&nbsp\\; It still moves the air a little higher(about an inch or so)&nbsp\\;than a non recurve sheild.

The recurve is noticable on mine.&nbsp\\; The vent was a waste of money, in my opinion....
