Hello.

I need to remove the inner fairing and must first pull off the ignition... Not sure how to pull off the ignition switch.

Any information is very much appreciated !!!

Buy the Maintenance Manual.

 

++ 1,, it's the best money you'll ever spend on your bike.

 

Put the key in the ignition, turn the ignition to fork lock position, hold the key and turn it CCW ALL THE WAY, and at the same time push the little button underneath the ignition switch. Pull out. Bingo.

After you are finished, put back in descending order, start the bike, don helmet(optional but recommended), climb on bike, point bike towards dealership and ride. Purchase Maintenance manual then go home in descending order.

Piece of cake.
