That sounds high. I pay $392.00 with Progressive on a 08 Street Glide.

I did not tell them about the $4000.00 in accessories, not purposely I just did not think of calling.

You can call the insurance company and I'm sure they will tell you the same.
I just want to know how they manage to live for the full 18 days.

Im with progressive as many wont insure my Bourget..

The Bourget with a 124ci and twin n20 bottles runs just under $1600 a year.

My 2009 ultra classic, is $530.00 a year...

Needless to say the bourget is only insured with full coverage throught the summer months which will save a considerable amount, its going in the basement when it starts to get cold as the ultra will be the only one ridden in the cold.

Are you guys quoting rates with FULL COVERAGE (fire, theft, collision) or just to get it on the road? My insurance, Travelers, MA, I can pay 393 for minimum coverage, just to get it on the road. And if I want full coverage, I pay 1500.

I told them it would be a daily driver, but am now wondering should I have said it was for recreational riding and still drive it to work anyway. What do you ladies and gents do?
check out geico online and get a quote I live in lexington Nc and pay about 183.90 a year full coverage with a 200.00-250.00 deductible on a 2004 1200r

I'm currently with Progressive since they were the cheapest one around. I did go on line recently and quoted a 09 RKC which came back around $475-$500/year.

From a thread of a couple months ago:

... if you are age 50 or older join AARP for $15., their motorcycle insurance endorsed product is through Foremost Insurance. It's gonna vary by state and by who you are. Mine is less than $200./year.

You have cages?... best check out their auto special arrangement through The Hartford. Remarkable savings$$$!
