Default bike to bike communication

i am looking for a communication set up to communicate from bike to bike, but one that i dont have to have a helmet with. if anybody could help me i would greatly appreciate it.

Ya know, I saw the title and thought, "in the old days we used to just get alongside and yell back and forth!" And it worked, even with the stock pipes that were way louder than these sewing machine deals we have nowadays! Never had to put on louder pipes then, except maybe for performance upgrades. Stock sounded pretty good then....course, I'm old now and would like some sort of communicator between bikes now too!

A few hand signals will get you by in many situations.

I may need to change the change the wiring to make it work with a hand held CB for may wife.

There is a small handheld radio similar to a VHF, called a FSR, for Family Service Radio. They have several channels, operate just like a VHF, but they require one hand, and you have to be able to hear it. If you're handy, you may be able to put in an ear bud, but you still have to PTT. (Push To Talk) Many boaters and campers use them for when they get separated on shore or while hiking.
