Stock Pipes
After sitting in my garage for almost 3 years I threw them away. Did I make a mistake? I can't ever see putting them back on and I couldn't find anyone who wanted them.

it will only be a mistake if you need them... I'm getting ready to throw mine away too. They don't seem to bring anything on ebay... maybe they would make a nice paper weight for the desk

The only time I could ever see needin' 'em is if you ever messed up the pipes you have on your bike now, or if the government demanded it with the crazy laws they have. Those are the only reasons I'm hangin' onto mine.

If for some reason, you are pulled over and the cop says... "Hey, those aren't stock pipes" and proceeds to write you a ticket, you can slip the stock muffs back on and probably get the ticket cleared.
