Exclamation This may be good or my be bad!!

I would like to know if anyone here has order any biker gear from these people. The web-site is www.mbin.com.. They are located in Memphis TN, I live in Memphis. On there web-site they give an address to there warehouse. I tried to find it, with no luck. I have spoken to two persons over the phone. One fellow said they had a warehouse and I was probable looking in the wrong location. The other guy said that they didn't have a warehouse. A red flag went up. They were not very friendly at all, but he told me I could order what ever I wanted off of there web-site and should receive it in 48 hours, because I live in Memphis.

I saw there product in a truck-stop and gift store on my way home from Nashville TN. The leather jackets looked nice and well worth the money. If I can purchase a leather jacket from them and pay there wholesale price. That would be an excellent price. Looks to me I can buy a leather jacket for about 100.00+..

But, I am a little afraid of this business. Please check it out and see what you think.

Please ask questions, if I didn't make myself completely clear. I am at work and don't have a lot of time to write. Check It Out!!!

I don't think I'd buy a jacket from them but I liked the "Pink Classic Cruiser Helmet".

If it's for winter not a good choice. Camel hide is better suited for warm climates.

Looks like a classic drop ship zero inventory web business.....even their pictures are swiped from other websites...or are provided as stock from the wholesaler. I've seen the same pics/jackets online from other vendors for less money.

I'd look elsewhere.

Although they can be a little pricey it's really best to buy a good one. Don't buy online. Find someplace that you can try it on and make sure it fits correctly. A good quality jacket will last you a lifetime. Many of the lower priced ones that say "made in U.S.A. are actually sewn in foreign country's with cheap thread and will start to come apart after a couple of years of being exposed to the type of abuse a Motorcycle jacket must take. You can buy one good one for less than you will spend replacing them every 3 or 4 years.

Prob another drop-ship type deal.
That's not necessarily a bad thing, but I'm sure there's someone local that could do better with the money you would spend.
