07 ultra. parked it between two cars. parked it so it was perpendicular to the wind (it was the way the parking spaces were. had it so the jiffy was on the downwind side. it still rocked the bike enough so that the alarm went off.

Don't know the amount of wind , but some magazines had pictures of this years moto gp at Indy and the storm they had blew some spectators bikes over.

 

If you were on level ground I would guess that it would take quite a bit of force to knock it over. However a EGCU has a handlebar mounted fairing which could cause the handlebars to shift. You can feel how much energy it takes to push it over by putting it on the jiffy stand and then trying to get it straight back up. If you are on a slope it can take quite a bit less force.

I doubt there are too many people out there that park their bikes, then stand there with a wind meter hoping that a strong wind will blow their bike over so that they could measure it.

Well, we had 60 MPH winds here on Saturday. It was blowing my barbeque all the way across the deck. I was just happy I put the bike up for the winter....

 

Bet Joe Biden could do it.

 

I know that we had gust up into the 70's one time and I did see a sporty laying over but I don't know if he was parked on totally level ground!

 

What does it matter? Wouldn't it make sense that if the wind is blowing one direction really strong to turn the bike so that the stand is down wind?

 

C'mon now its a legit question! What if you aren't around to move it!??
