Need help with VIN data

Default VIN data question

Thinking of a 2008 CVO SEUC and want o figure out date of manufacture based on VIN # since some 110 ci motors have trouble. Could someone help me figure out how to decifer the VIN #. Thanks.

Read the date off the compliance sticker.

I just looked up the VIN breakdown in my 2010 owner's manual, and it doesn't list the date of manufacture in the VIN. In position 6 of the VIN, it gives an introduction date (Normal Introduction, Mid-Year Introduction, or Special Introduction…and where it was introduced). For example, the digit in Position 6 of my VIN is "3." The digit "3" means: normal introduction, California…and that's it.
