San Juan Capistrano Harley closed their doors yesterday for the last time. The last two days of business, Tuesday and Wednesday, everything, 'cept bikes, in the store was 40% off. I picked up a set of Michelin tires for $190 OTD and a chrome front "wagon wheel" for $320. Added polished rotors for $60. And they mounted and balanced the tire for $25. I'm a happy camper.Now I just need to find a "deal" on a rear wheel . Any other shops closing and having fire sales?

 

Damn.....would have spent a lot at 40% off, sounds like you did! Hate to see a dealer closing though.

 

Great for you but bad for the Harley dealership. Hope we get out of this recession soon.

 

You should post the closing in the new"stick" Terry added at the top of the page. He's trying to keep track of all the dealers closing.
