What's to get? Just like every other kind of bike, some people like'em and some don't, ride your own ride. If it's a sport, cruiser, touring, off road...whatever.
Just ride.

and you see I think my 16" apes are the most comfortable bars I've ever had and I regularly take 8 to 12 hour days in the saddle cruising all over western canada....now floorboards is something that I'd like..those pegs can get uncomfy at times.

Choppers -- I Just Don't Get It
...Oh, I sure get it alright! (Ha!) Wish I could afford to have 2 bikes right now...this would be my second. If these pictures don't get your blood rushing a little then I suggest you get to your doctors for a check-up!

As you can see I def dont shy from choppers... Believe it or not... if you are tall.. *6'1* it is VERY! Enjoyable to ride... but mine is a Soft tail with air ride suspension but it leads to some of the most enjoyable rides I have rode... I have been on full dressers with all the bells and whistles... and the seat is pretty damn comfortable... but my feet are right under me... thus putting most of my weight on my tail bone, ***, lower spine... me stretched out *granted the bike was adjusted to my weight and height* making me feel like I am sittin on a recliner with my legs popped up and my arms resting on a invisible table *notice I said RESTING* only thing you miss from normal bikes is ground clearance for leans and steep driveways or parking lots... but you are center of attention in nearly any parking lot you pull up in, and most of the time earns ya a free drink from either a sexy lil lady or sometimes even a fellow biker that likes what ya have done... dunno I can honestly say when I ride a "normal" harley I feel cramped and uncomfortable and I always say to myself... why am I sitting up so freaking high...
