You're supposed to send in your measurements with the order, mine fits a little loose but you need room for a heavy shirt underneath, If you can't make it work I'm sure they will refund your $$

I have two: one size 44 for cold weather riding, and one size 42 for summer. Thinking about getting overpants now

It really does not sound like the sleeves are too short for you. Gauntlet gloves will solve any problem of air coming up the sleeves or sleeves seeming too short with apehangers.

I agree with Petemac and Swamp Tiger... Fox Creek Leather has excellent customer service. I've bought a vented jacket for myself and one for my wife, along with chaps. I took a chance on a 44 long on the jacket I wear because I'm a tall-*** geek with long arms and that jacket is perfect with the liner, in fact I've worn a hoodie with it on colder days. The sleeve length came out perfect, but I contacted them first to confirm a few things before the purchases... I've been very happy with their products.

I'm very impressed with their customer service I ordered a jacket a couple weeks ago when it arrived the fit was as expected but I found some stitching I questioned so I called to ask about this and they have sent another jacket out at no charge on a honor system for me to compare and choose from this to arrive this week in my experience there are few companies that continue to operate this way I am looking forward to having a choice and they will continue to receive my business in my future purchases

I have a 46 fox creek and I'm normally a 42 or large in other brands and it's still a little snug. Nice jacket though.

they're good people there and i'm sure they will make good on it.
This ^ they let me take another jacket home so the wife could see me in both. I mailed the one she didn't like back. Who let's you take two $500.00 dollar jackets home and tell you to mail the one back you don't like?

Exactly. Mine hang the as the OP when at rest and where he describes when stretched forward for apes.
My normal gloves fill the gap and gauntlet gloves cover the cuffs.
