My question is, Was these bikes inside the city limits or not? If they were inside the city limits and they have passed laws against noise ect then what did they expect? I am going down for bike week but staying waaaaay away from the city. So was these bike inside the city limits?

I don't know about these particular pictures, but I'd guess yes. Here is a story on the protest today.

The problem is that it states that no laws can be passed that supersedes state law. If MB gets away with it what's next ? That's why the protest.

We are an easy target and a cash cow, now that the economy is so bad.what makes it so pathetic, is that the towns have to stoop so low.Wait and see if they admit they made a mistake once the lost money is tallied.Politicians at their finest.

Localities can't loosen state laws. However, they can tighten them.
