My question is, Was these bikes inside the city limits or not? If they were inside the city limits and they have passed laws against noise ect then what did they expect? I am going down for bike week but staying waaaaay away from the city. So was these bike inside the city limits?

I'm reasonably sure most of us have heard how justice is blind. The problem that most don't understand is the city or county or sometimes a state can always make laws that go beyond the basic law. If the feds say one thing, which is basic, the state can make the law more stringent and if the state has a law the city thinks is too weak, they too can make it more stringent. What they can not do is make the law weaker. I don't agree with the helmet law because I feel this is a rider's choice.

We are an easy target and a cash cow, now that the economy is so bad.what makes it so pathetic, is that the towns have to stoop so low.Wait and see if they admit they made a mistake once the lost money is tallied.Politicians at their finest.
