Just some random thoughts ...

What is the significance of wearing a Vest over a Jacket and is it a LEATHER vest over a DENIM jacket or VICE VERSA. Is one way right ???? or Who cares ?

Are VESTS mostly to display PATCHES etc ?

Club guys started it years ago,when it's really cold,I'll wear one over the top.

 

What if they're leather BOXERS ????

 

All my patches are on my vest. I don't have any on my jacket. Wearing the vest over the jacket shows off the patches. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I have a vest..too small for me now,had it since 99.I have all my patches and ride pins on it,I never did see a purpose to wear it over a coat,I just keep it so they can put it on me when I die

 

I have a bunch of patriotic type patches on my vest and I wear it for PGR missions. If while on a mission and I'm wearing a jacket it (the vest) goes on the outside, at least until the mission's over.

 

It's all about the patches man. Hell the way a lot of jackets are cut, you can't tell from behind anyhow. I usually get a good idea of who the wannabes are when I'm wearing the vest......kinda funny.

 

No vests. Vests are for cowboys. Boxers over pants as well. Bras over shirts. And the lsit goes on...
