I would probably go with the dyna. But thats just me. Im too big for a sporty otherwise i would have bought one. I love the bigger bikes though, and im sure you will too as soon as you ride the dyna.

See if you can go out on it, then the choice is all up to what you liked the most!

I had over 26K trouble-free miles on my '06 Dyna when I traded for the Ultra Barge if that helps.

That's a bit steep for an '06 with 10,000 miles. You can find better deals.

I think that is kinda steep also.

I just sold a `07 Deuce with 11k on the odometer for $13,500.00.

That's a lot of money for a used Dyna. Hard to say for sure though, don't know which model you're talking about.

I would think that I would go with an 09, especially based on price and warranty period. Try a different dealer on a new one and see if any deals can be made on your necessary accessories
