What a piece of **** she was...not only did she get on some bike without permission she took off after wrecking it...I wanna know who the one she was talking to out of the shot was...thats a bigger ***** than her for not doing something...

i would have had the police involved and had her arrested for destruction of property and maybe attempted theft/tampering.
