Sorry this is driving me crazy. Whats the plate called you rest the jiffy stand on? I was seareching for a post I saw on were to store it. Or were does everyone keep them on their bike. Can you reach it without getting off the bike? Sorry if this is an ignorant post,

You mean that round black plastic thing you can buy at the dealer for five bucks? I'm not sure but I think it's actually called a "coaster". As for where it's stored, I havent a clue. Anywhere that works for you I guess.

I have 2 coasters ...My garage floor and ***** earth...j/k
I just really cant think of a need for one ...
But thats just me...Do what floats yer boat.

Thanks. I just thought it would be nessasary to carry one for parking on grass. I cant remember what the post actually was that I saw and didnt read. Oh well. Thanks!

They are great for dirt, hot asphalt, and places where you don't want to scratch the concrete.
I had a friend that was not happy with the mark my jiffy stand left on thier concrete... I'm sure
it is gone now (just a bit of wear and it's gone) but not I use a coaster just for them.

Wood shingle or a crushed beer can works fine.

I just made my own from some left-over aluminium diamond plate. I made one for me and one for the wife.
The diamond plate looks good also.
