+1 on 05 valve seal problems. You can often see a valve seal leak by quickly revving the motor up high and then slamming the throttle closed (done on the jiffy stand in neutral). If you see any smoke from the pipes as the motor decelerates (winds down), you've likely got a valve seal issue.
do i have to keep going back to recent topics with each reply??? i will try what youre saying in little while will that be blue or black smoke also is tha valve guide seat same as seal???

No a valve seat is not the same as a valve guide seal.
The valve guide seal is on top of the valve guide and seals the shaft of the valve and the guide tube to keep oil from running past the valve shaft into the combustion chamber where it will be burned.
I had an 05 sportster 1200 with bad valve guide seals..
Wife and I went for a 100 mile ride and when I pulled it into the building I was like whats up with all this smoke?
Took it in and they replaced the seals and she ran like a singer sewing machine afterward.
The seals that are the problem get hard and brittle and crack, therefore letting oil get past the valve into the combustion chamber and you are now buring oil.
The color of the smoke will be a blueish color.

You have to pull the head to do the job right.
You will have to take the rotator, keepers, valve springs, and valves out of the head to do the job.
If I had not of had insurance the job would have costed $500 at the dealer.
I recomend, being as how you didnt know a valve guide seal wasnt the same as a valve seat that you have someone that knows what they are doing fix your bike!
