Default Cleaning an Ultra

What is the best why to clean the inside of the fairing. I have some concerns about getting water in the CD player, speakers and other things so what is a good way. Also what's good for bugs on the windshield. I have a can of Honda Pro how can I best use this?

I use a wet terry cloth, no cleaners or soap, on the inner faring. To remove bugs from the windshiled, I use soap and water. If there's road tar I use bug and tar remover. Just spray it on and rub lightly with a damp soft cotton towel or terry cloth. If you rub it too hard you will leave scratches so be very patient.

Also, from recent experience (as in "last weekend"), despite being careful with the use of water directly on all the gauges, I used a forced-air blower to dry off the inside of the fairing and apparently blew some water into the fuel gauge (cheap seal!). Now I get fog and mist on the inside of the gauge where I had avoided such an occurence previously.

From now on, my practice will be to spray the cloth with cleaner, then wipe carefully around the gauges and dry them off immediately. I gues the bike can differentiate between being washed and getting caught in the rain.........
