Definitely open season on bikers. Why does everyone just get a simple slap on the fingers for hitting a biker! Really Pi$$e$ me off.
What should he have gotten, a bullet to the head? He wasn't drunk, but alcohol contributed to the accident. HE WILL PAY. I'm just glad the rider is OK.

It will cost Waltrip, new bike maybe cash for pain and suffering and maybe some Waltrip season passes to hang out with Mikey

I guess the news media has their priorities!

I can’t help to wonder if the cop that conducted the field sobriety test was a little star struck.

If the cop was "star struck", he would not have done any sobriety check.

Of all drivers, it had to be Waltrip. Either that or Robby Gordon. Maybe David Stremme. Freaking Waltrip hits walls more than he hits the gas pedal on the track.

But hey, if you're gonna get mowed down by a dude in a car, might as well be a rich guy.
