Front Brakes.........Who HAS them ????? Bwahahahaha
ALL ya need, R "chrome" nads,
AND a BIG AZZT "Look OUT, here he COMES" bell,(under motor)
GOOD TO GO !!!!
I KNOW, this thread is 'bout STOPPING, not going, BUT obviously, that is NOT the Cap'n's strong suit.
I do concur with your evaluations. I cannot believe the number of riders who say they DO NOT use the front brake. FEAR of crashing !!! WTF, Chuck ???? Can you spell Dore Nobbz ??????
Know one guy, who doesn't use his. Reason: the brake dust on the REAR wheel, is hard enough to clean off. Doesn't wanna **** up his wheel.
NOW that boy, NEEDS ta put his plow in the ground, folks.
BEST part??? WE SHARE the roads with 'em !!!!!!!

I've seen plenty of posers at rally's riding in pastures (fields) grab that fist full of front break and down they go like a sack of taters. There is a balance to useing your breaks. That's **** you don't learn in a book or on the internet.
Grass and gravel can be your front breaks worst nightmare.....

DO you speak from experience? Experience tells me no front on unstable surfaces.
I hate the ABS on my truck, why the hell would I want it on my bike?

Front brake is where all the adventure comes from! I just love grabbing a big old handful while I'm in a low speed turn into the parking place in front of the dealership. Now that's the good stuff!

When I bought my Ultra from a neighbor, it had 3000 miles on it and the rear brake pads were thin as a sheet of paper. Front brake pads looked like they had never touched the rotors. Since then, I have changed the fronts twice and the rears have not been replaced since the day after I got the bike. I guess I use more front than rear.
