Jumping on the band wagon
I went to the London M/C show this weekend and was completely taken back by all the other company's producing there "copy" of the Harley
Appart from Victory turning out some quite nice examples, i see most of the major Co's showing there take on the Harley.
Now im quite open minded, and like to look at most bikes but when i see them all chomping for a piece of the pie, it makes me laugh too be honest.
as the examples i saw were not a touch on the Harley, but what's more the proof is in the pudding and when they turn the key its instantly a big no no, the engine note is so ****.
On saying that Norton looked like they have produced something original & nice looking as did Triumph, so keep it up guys and keep it real.
The Harley stand had a real nice touch going on at the Excel centre.
Appart from having one Fatboy set up with every style of handle bar on a quick a release system so you can sit and try all bars to see what suits you, they also had the same system for seats too
Round the otherside of the stand Harley had a nice touch set up for anyone who wanted there picture taken on a harley, with a selection of backgrounds to chose from (and it was all free)

Nothin like the real deal. Be it bikes or those that ride them. In both cases they can copy the look but not the quality.

They are all crap in my opinion and don't deserve to even be discussed here.
Edit....I think the yamaha was called the vision or something like that.

Triumph and Husquvarna(BMW) were the only brands to increase U.S. sales last year. With industry sales down 40%, that is a big deal. And, that new Norton is a dream machine. Are the Japanese still making bikes?
