Default Demon Cycle-Worst customer service ever seen!!

Last week I bought my hubby these mirrors for his 2010 wide glide. Received the mirrors FedEx w/in 2 days. Sounds like a great deal. We got them, they look pretty good, I put one on. Ok...Next mirror is missing a very simple bolt. Kind of hard to find at hardward store but was able to find one - not the right color but will hold until I can reach Demon Cycle and have them send me the one missing from my package. Well, I just called them and they had the nerve to ask me to order something else and he would send the bolt along with the package. I told him that was ridiculous - didn't need it over nite or anything. Just want what I paid for. He tells me that it doesn't matter if I am insulted or not, will not send me bolt unless I purchase something else. I wasn't born yesterday. Luckily the bolt was not too expensive but I will not ever order anything from Demon Cycle, Pompano Beach, Florida, again. Just thought I'd pass along the info. The point isn't the f... bolt. The point is customer service. So the best thing I can do is let all my biker friends know where not to do business.

theres a LOOOOONG thread here somewhere about Demons Shitty customer service and nefarious business practices, i almost ordered a rolling chassis and engine/drivline setup from them but was reading the thread here on them and after hundreds of HDF users being screwed over by them i decided i will save my $$$$$$ an give it to a supplier that is respected by the HDF majority

Thanks for the tip, I'll never use them after hearing this.

You just proved something my indy once told me after I complimented him on his work.

"If I do great work for you, I'll be lucky if you tell two people.
If I f**k your bike up, you'll tell anybody that will listen."

You're telling anyone that will listen........nice....LoL...

Bought those same style mirrors for the 01 Sporty might not be the same number but also got them from Demons and the 2 bolts supplied wouldn't work .. Was told by Demons I was SOL .. It's them thats SOL on any future purchases as I specifically told them what make and model I have and was assured it was a perfect fit.. Never Again ..
