Ditto, except 6'2, 215, also with long legs. Also went with the TallBoy, extended floorboards and then added Heritage Style bars for the extra pullback to coordinate with the seat pushing me back.

6'3" 220: Ride Sportster, Dyna, Softail, Vrod, Touring and Buell. No problems one size fits all.

Don't buy the size myth. Most motorcycles can be adjusted to fit the needs of most folks. That said, I am 6'1 and 340 and have both a Fatboy Lo and Electra Glide Trike. I also owned a Sportster. I ride/rode each bike with ease. Our sportster did not even have forward controls, but I could have lived with it just fine.

It turns out, though, the type of riding you do might determine the best fit. I have taken the sporty on a 150 mile ride and can honestly say it was fine. However, I jump on the Trike and put on 300 miles before I even "feel" the rider wear. A touring bike will give ya comfort. Just test ride and don't buy into the whole bigger bike myth.

A salesman told me that the only bike I should buy that would fit me was an electra glide. They seem nice but I still haven't ever ridden on one. Don't buy the b.s. Purchase the most bad a$$ looking bike and you will never regret it!

6' on a Deluxe. Riding position for me is very comfortable and stretched out. In comparison, I found the riding position on the Road king Classic to be somewhat cramped with my legs tucked under me. 30" inseam here.
