Default Removing Bike from storage

Ok guys this is kind of funny but maybe someone has got a good tip for me. Last year I decided to store my 08 Road King for the winter in a shed on my friend's land. The problem we are seeing is how the hell to get it out of the shed with the least difficulty. The shed is sitting on the grass and it slops downward. Right now we still have some snow and the ground is wet. Last year, I had to drive the bike down this hill and on to a board to ride over the shed. Now the fun part is getting it out! The shed was not wide enough to turn the bike around. When I back it up, we are certain that the bike will stop halfway up the board and halfway up the grass. I need to get it backed up far enough to turn it around, brake and face uphill and ride on to dry flat land. I can get a few bros to help me but pushing this boat out and uphill is going to be a task. Any ideas or tricks you think might make it easier ?

Just put it back in the shed and go buy a new bike. There are no good after storage shed has had it for the winter.

Two guys should be enough to move it anywhere it can roll. One on each side communicate well. If you need to rest, reset your feet etc. the front brake to keep it from rolling.

Similar situation with a friend. Tie a rope to the towing hook on the front of a truck and to the FRAME of the bike with a loop rope so you get a straight easy pull. One guy backs up the truck SLOWLY while the other guy walks along side the bike up the incline. BTW, make sure the bike is in N .

Is there enough room in the shed to spin it around on a MC jack with wheels?

LOL, on a similar note; lift the shed off of it, and back it into the shed next winter.
