For the shock and awe effect when I ride into the next HOG event. I guess it would look more appropriate on a CVO street glide though.

It would be good for guys with a prosthetic or bad right leg. Or even someone who doesnt have the leg strength to hold up their bike with one leg while they reach back to put down the kickstand.

Someone had too much time AND money on their hands. Neat, but impractical for everyday use.
