Default Need help subprime financing

I work for a Harley Dealer and we use strictly Eaglemark. Lately eaglemark has turned down 50% of apps (69 out of 138) over the last month and half. Does anyone have a reputable lender they can recommend that will finance bad credit? I know with the economy the way it is that lending restrictions are tightening, but there has to be someone out there that will still do subprime.

No troll here. I just started here and they have not had a finance person in here in a long time. The person they had here a few years ago was working on it before he left, but they never got anything in place. A few years ago I would not even need to ask this question, but with today's economy lenders have tightened their restrictions. Simple question I asked, there was no reason to consider a troll (whatever that means).

Is HD going to allow you to use another lender?

Possibly American General Finance? I don't know where you're at, but here in the midwest they do a lot of (strictly I believe) subprime lending.

Financial institutions have surely tighten their belts...sign of the times...even if you have a good credit score they will consider how much credit you have out there plus open.

HD dealerships are privately owned, so the dealership has control over who they use. Of course there are benefits to the dealer for using HD financial, but I am trying to find help for people that are getting turned down through them. I have looked at American General, but with their loan limits they can only help with a few used.

Each dealer has there own lenders. They do however usually make more money if they can use the Eaglemark bank.

To the OP: You can find other lenders out there, but be prepared to pay a very high interest rate. Like 18% or more.

Years ago, the local Dealership used Green Tree Finacial Services for a lot of sales . I don't even know if they are still in business or what they do though........... Just a thought.
